About

The things that are important to me and how they drive my passion.

Although I chose finance as my major ISU, I strive for a future in financial planning because it brings out the most useful parts of myself. Outside of school I love to travel. I have been all over the United States with my parents, but I’ve also been on my own.

Over the 2026 summer I was a Camp Counselor for the YMCA of the Rockies. This job meant the world to me because it was my first chance to prove that I can be self suffiecent. Everday I was faced with new challenges, big or small, that I would have to handle in order to give a group of 2nd graders their best day possible.

Planning has not always been my strong suite. I used to not understand why it was so important to have all the different outcomes and branches of a situation mapped out, until I was the one in charge. Before every week, a Co-counselor and I would plan the kids’ entire week, by every hour. This process made me feel like I could always take on any challenges that came my way because I had already thought it through.

Financial planning to me is a passion job. Whether it’s creating a finacial roadmap for a families longterm investments, or reading the nuances of complex business strategies, I see it as soemthing that I enjoy and I am prepared for.
